I had a lot of great support along the way from my parents and many others, but my medical condition resulted in a lot of missed school and redefining the notion of a typical childhood.

I had to learn how to navigate school work, friendships, and extracurriculars differently than my peers. I quickly learned to focus on the things that I could do instead of the things I couldn’t. By focusing on my strengths, I was able to find success instead of falling behind.

I am now a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in helping parents, children, athletes and leaders to build resilience and thrive.

No matter what challenges your child faces, there is so much that they can achieve and experience if they believe in themself.

In this webinar, I’ll teach parents strategies to help their kids find self-confidence. This doesn’t mean you just tell your children that their lives will turn out perfectly no matter what. My strategies focus on helping children utilize their strengths to understand their own intrinsic potential.

By encouraging your kids to get out of their comfort zone and make mistakes, they’ll learn confidence that will last a lifetime.

You’ll learn to help your kids:

- Find confidence
- Develop courage
- Create optimism
